In early 2014, we gathered like-minded real estate agents and brainstormed about what was important to them as agents and their businesses. We had a vision for a real estate company that we believed, once created, no agent would ever want to leave.

We have many visions in common, but two stood out. First, was to be consumer centric; meaning that customer service and providing all available tools to market were essential. Secondly, the agents who work hard to deliver excellent customer service and spend relentless time building relationships should be compensated accordingly. Let’s face it, most consumers choose the real estate agent not the company. So it was important that we recreate a brokerage firm that focused on these two areas.

In order to make this dream a reality, it was going to take a lot of hard work, dedication and determination. Most of the real estate companies in our area are focused on agent count and their bottom line. We designed a business model that is just plain SMARTER.
